I think Cadillac should be an NFL running back. I think Mick should place impossibly high demands on Cadillac and show no affection towards him. Make him believe that the only way to win his father's love is by achieving greatness on the football field.
I think Emma should become a pholisopher and turn her pasaphire in for a copy of the "The Stranger." She should wax poetic by pondering the great question of her generation: how to calm the existential crisis that insues after a wave of technological gadgets replace memory (cell phones that stunt our recall of phone numbers were just the start to this memory takeover). I have no doubt that Emma will have the answer to how technology can temporarily give us our memories back. We will be able to happily forget the present and quickly recall it when we feel our idenities are threatened. Go Emma!!
Kris your comment reminded me of the futuristic sci-fi movie Johnie Mnemonic. Johnny Mnemonic is a data trafficker who has undergone cybernetic surgery to have a data storage system implanted in his head. One of the downsides of the surgery is he begins to lose his own memories and as a result his self-identity.
